I had quotes from 5 contractors and OCR was the best price. They were on time from the original estimate to completion of the job. They were meticulous keeping nails and old roof being discarded out of my yard while working towards completion. I changed shingle colors and the roof looked beautiful when done. Back in October 2024 our roof got ruined by both hurricanes. We called OCR that day after the hurricane passed they got us right on the list came out the same day and tarped our roof for us. We submitted a claim with our insurance. We got a quote with OCR. When the adjuster was going to come out Rich the owner for OCR volunteered to come out to meet the adjuster to help vouch for us. Well it turns out the insurance company was not going to cover for a full roof repair. Rich helped fight for us wrote a letter with pictures about how a partial repair would not beneficial for any roof. Insurance still denied the claim. Rich recommended a lawyer and with the help of both great teams a few months later we settled for a full roof replacement and everything was covered! Now we have a whole new roof with upgrades and new gutters! OCR and all the employees made this whole process smooth and easy. They are very supportive and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. They are the only company I trust!
